SAE Proficiency Awards

Each year students with exceptional and unique SAE projects are eligible to apply for awards, called SAE Proficiencies to be recognized for their achievements. Proficiency Awards are awarded at all levels of the National FFA Organization, from the local chapter area, all the way up to the National level. Applying for these awards is no easy task, it requires a student who is dedicated to their project, has a completed and up-to-date AET record book, and must complete the award application. Proficiency Applications are due to the CA State Association typically in the end of January or beginning of February of each year. Students will work with their FFA advisor to ensure that their application is ready to be scored, and that their record book is up-to-date.
